This Online Reputation Management Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Snapbad, a company operating in the United Kingdom, and your business (“Client”). Snapbad provides reputation management services including review monitoring, compliance tracking, and removal of harmful online content.
Snapbad actively works toward the permanent removal of policy-violating or harmful reviews using ethical and platform-compliant methods. While we maintain a strong success rate, final decisions remain subject to third-party platform policies.
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to a service arrangement as outlined in this Agreement. This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and becomes effective upon your first payment.
Snapbad reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms of Service at any time, with or without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

As a result of using Snapbad services, the User may become aware of proprietary systems, methods, algorithms, or intellectual property. The User agrees not to use, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any such information for personal or commercial benefit or in a way that may harm Snapbad, including but not limited to platform logic, automation methods, pricing models, or operational workflows.
Users accessing Snapbad services are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.
Payment TermsIf Snapbad offers paid services, Users agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined at checkout or in any service agreement. Fees may be billed as one-time payments or recurring subscriptions depending on the service selected.
Non-Cancellation PolicyWhere services are purchased for a fixed term, such commitments are non-cancellable during the agreed period unless otherwise stated.
Chargebacks & Payment DisputesThe user agrees not to initiate chargebacks without valid cause. Any such action may be considered a material breach, allowing Snapbad to suspend services and recover outstanding dues.
Collections & Legal RecoverySnapbad reserves the right to pursue unpaid balances through collections or legal means. Users are responsible for any associated recovery costs.
ConfidentialityEach party agrees to maintain confidentiality of any non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information exchanged during the use of Snapbad services. Such information shall only be used for the purpose of fulfilling obligations under this Agreement and protected with reasonable care.
Early TerminationUsers entering into time-bound service agreements must provide written notice for early termination. Snapbad reserves the right to accept or deny such requests. Approved early termination may be subject to applicable fees or remaining balance payments.
Auto-RenewalCertain services may automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless cancelled in advance. By subscribing, Users authorize Snapbad to charge recurring fees using the original payment method unless cancellation is made within the required notice period.
Account PausingSnapbad may allow temporary suspension of services upon written request. Approval is at Snapbad’s discretion and may involve reduced fees. Paused accounts may be limited in duration and frequency.
Termination Of UseSnapbad reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any operational reason deemed necessary. Snapbad shall not be liable for any resulting loss of access.
MARKETING AND CASE STUDIESSnapbad may use anonymized or approved user data for marketing, testimonials, or case studies unless explicitly restricted by written agreement.
Violation Of Terms Of UseSnapbad reserves the right to investigate violations and take appropriate legal action, including disclosing user information where required by law or necessary to protect its rights, users, or systems.
Intellectual PropertyAll content, trademarks, technology, and materials on Snapbad are owned or licensed by Snapbad and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

TransactionsAll transactions made through Snapbad are subject to these Terms. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers, and Snapbad is not liable for payment processing issues beyond its control.
Disclaimer Of WarrantyAll services provided by Snapbad are offered on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Snapbad expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Snapbad does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, nor does it guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any results obtained through the use of its platform.
Limitation Of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Snapbad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the platform or services. In no event shall Snapbad’s total aggregate liability exceed the greater of (i) the amount paid by the User to Snapbad during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (ii) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
IndemnityUser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Snapbad, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to (i) User’s use or misuse of the platform, (ii) violation of these Terms, or (iii) infringement of any rights of a third party.
Void Where ProhibitedSnapbad services are void where prohibited by applicable law. Users who access or use the platform from jurisdictions outside where such services are permitted do so at their own initiative and risk, and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.
