Snapbad, our mission is to deliver high-performance Online Reputation Management using advanced tools, proven processes, and industry expertise. We specialise in helping businesses protect, restore, and strengthen their digital presence.

This Online Reputation Management Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Snapbad, a company operating in the United Kingdom, and your business (“Client”). Snapbad provides reputation management services including review monitoring, compliance tracking, and removal of harmful online content.

Snapbad actively works toward the permanent removal of policy-violating or harmful reviews using ethical and platform-compliant methods. While we maintain a strong success rate, final decisions remain subject to third-party platform policies.

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to a service arrangement as outlined in this Agreement. This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and becomes effective upon your first payment.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Snapbad reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms of Service at any time, with or without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

User represents, warrants, and covenants to Snapbad, with the understanding that Snapbad is relying upon such representations, warranties, and covenants that

1. Any content submitted, uploaded, or processed through the platform does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
2. The user has the full right, power, and authority to enter into this Agreement and be bound by its terms without the consent of any other person or entity.
3. The execution and performance of this Agreement does not and will not constitute a breach of any other agreement or obligation applicable to the user.
4. This Agreement constitutes a valid and binding obligation upon acceptance.
5. All information supplied by the User is true, complete, and not misleading.
6. Users will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.
7. The user owes no duty to any third party not explicitly stated in this agreement.

As a result of using Snapbad services, the User may become aware of proprietary systems, methods, algorithms, or intellectual property. The User agrees not to use, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any such information for personal or commercial benefit or in a way that may harm Snapbad, including but not limited to platform logic, automation methods, pricing models, or operational workflows.

Platform Access & Billing Terms

Users accessing Snapbad services are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.

If Snapbad offers paid services, Users agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined at checkout or in any service agreement. Fees may be billed as one-time payments or recurring subscriptions depending on the service selected.

Where services are purchased for a fixed term, such commitments are non-cancellable during the agreed period unless otherwise stated.

The user agrees not to initiate chargebacks without valid cause. Any such action may be considered a material breach, allowing Snapbad to suspend services and recover outstanding dues.

Snapbad reserves the right to pursue unpaid balances through collections or legal means. Users are responsible for any associated recovery costs.

Each party agrees to maintain confidentiality of any non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information exchanged during the use of Snapbad services. Such information shall only be used for the purpose of fulfilling obligations under this Agreement and protected with reasonable care.

Users entering into time-bound service agreements must provide written notice for early termination. Snapbad reserves the right to accept or deny such requests. Approved early termination may be subject to applicable fees or remaining balance payments.

Certain services may automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless cancelled in advance. By subscribing, Users authorize Snapbad to charge recurring fees using the original payment method unless cancellation is made within the required notice period.

Snapbad may allow temporary suspension of services upon written request. Approval is at Snapbad’s discretion and may involve reduced fees. Paused accounts may be limited in duration and frequency.

Snapbad reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any operational reason deemed necessary. Snapbad shall not be liable for any resulting loss of access.

Snapbad may use anonymized or approved user data for marketing, testimonials, or case studies unless explicitly restricted by written agreement.

Snapbad reserves the right to investigate violations and take appropriate legal action, including disclosing user information where required by law or necessary to protect its rights, users, or systems.

All content, trademarks, technology, and materials on Snapbad are owned or licensed by Snapbad and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

Users agree not to:

1. Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform
2. Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
3. Interfere with platform functionality or security
4. Use the platform for unlawful or prohibited purposes

Users agree not to:

1. They are at least 18 years old
2. They provide accurate information
3. They agree to all Terms and Privacy Policy

Snapbad may contain links to third-party platforms. Snapbad is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such third parties.

All transactions made through Snapbad are subject to these Terms. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers, and Snapbad is not liable for payment processing issues beyond its control.

All services provided by Snapbad are offered on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Snapbad expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Snapbad does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, nor does it guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any results obtained through the use of its platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Snapbad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the platform or services. In no event shall Snapbad’s total aggregate liability exceed the greater of (i) the amount paid by the User to Snapbad during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (ii) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Snapbad, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to (i) User’s use or misuse of the platform, (ii) violation of these Terms, or (iii) infringement of any rights of a third party.

Snapbad services are void where prohibited by applicable law. Users who access or use the platform from jurisdictions outside where such services are permitted do so at their own initiative and risk, and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.
